06

NeuroKinetic Therapy

NKT is a movement assessment system that uses muscle testing to explore coordination, inhibition and compensation patterns. It offers another perspective when the place that hurts may not be the only area influencing the problem, helping the practitioner shape more targeted movement retraining.

07

Therapeutic ultrasound

Therapeutic ultrasound uses sound-wave energy to reach deeper soft tissues. When clinically appropriate, it may support local circulation, tissue healing and the reduction of soft-tissue tightness as part of a wider physiotherapy plan.

08

Interferential therapy

Interferential therapy delivers gentle medium-frequency electrical currents through the treatment area. It may help with pain control, muscle spasm or swelling, making movement and exercise rehabilitation more comfortable.
